Yazd Rubber Industries Complex (YRIC) produces a range of rubber masterbatch compounds suitable for most applications.

YRIC supplies black Rubber Masterbatch Compounds, made from natural and synthetic rubber, and designed according to customers' specifications.

The plant is equipped with 2 internal mixers of 270 liters, mixing mills with over-head blenders, extruder helps uniform mixing with accurate sheet dimensions that can be used for feeding cold feed extruders.

Material handling and weighing systems are fully automatic and all the mixing cycles are controlled by computer PLC, that guarantees lot to lot consistency.

All rubber master batches are made of virgin raw materials, purchased from creditable suppliers and all th production procedures meet ISO quality standards.

We supply compounds in sheets, strips and wig-wag. Many of those who are involved in producing rubber items prefer the near package of rubber master batch compounds to the huge heaps of contaminating raw materials.

Applying state-of-the-art compounding technology allows YRIC'S technicians To control the mixing cycle time via:
